I have used rail apps in Netherlands, Belgium and Spain but they are all simple and quick to use by comparison with this terrible app. it is confusing and I keep going back to work out what is wrong. then, when you are on the desired train and it is running late, you can't see anything about your train progress. on the plus side, you can use it to buy a ticket if you persevere.

The app mostly works fine although it's needlessly complicated to actually book a journey with too many taps and too many irrelevant options, plus it won't remember your regular route unless you sign in and hand over all your details. The reason I rank it 2 star is that it will randomly and usually at the worst possible time, reset itself and forget all my payment details. Appalling UX.

BUG: I repeat buy an Off-peak Return ticket for commuting - while the app has "favourite ticket" and "re-order this ticket" easy options to help, **they often don't work** switching me to pick a particular outbound journey & buying a Single instead! Has been happening on a modern Pixel 9a for a few months, please fix!
